Our company, which has tackled odor control in various factories, will introduce some case studies. 【Odor Control Measures During Herbal Medicine Production】 ■ Background While producing herbal medicine in the factory, complaints about odors arose from nearby residents when the air from the room was discharged outdoors. We received inquiries regarding odor control measures during the production process. Upon inspecting the factory, we found that a large quantity of herbal medicine was being boiled in a stockpot, and the extraction process was generating intense odors. Although an exhaust fan was installed, there was no hood or similar structure above the pot, causing the generated odors to fill the entire room. Additionally, the exhaust outlet was located less than 20 meters from the property boundary, leading us to determine that it was necessary to effectively deodorize the emitted odors. *If you are interested in the details of the measures taken, please download the case study from the link below.

The "DeoKeeper" is an odor removal device designed for factories, featuring a deodorizing filter installed in a V-shape to ensure a wide contact area, achieving both space-saving and high air volume processing. The filter's adsorbent material (activated carbon) can be changed according to the target odor and conditions. Regular maintenance involves only the replacement of activated carbon and pre-filters, as well as inspection and cleaning of the fan, making it hassle-free. In addition to these filter-type features, we also offer a direct filling type that accommodates a larger amount of activated carbon, suitable for high-concentration odor environments. 【Features】 ■ Three models are available for filter types with processing air volumes of 10, 20, and 30 CMM. ■ Inverter and switch box can be included (optional). ■ Various types of activated carbon are available for different target odors, including low-concentration gases, basic gases, acidic gases, neutral gases, and aldehydes. ■ In addition to activated carbon, zeolite can also be used. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
